The Personal Growth and Counseling Center presents: Introduction to Mindfulness Meditation. Learn to train the mind to relax and simply notice what is happening in the present moment. Taught by Marianne Rowe, a Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist. This class is free for students and open to staff and faculty for a fee. Located at the PGCC in the Health and Wellness Services Building (80).
