Meatless Mondays is an International Promotion highlighting Meatless options on Mondays. All four Dining Locations: Otter Bay, Library Cafe, Otter Express, and Dining Commons will be highlighting Meatless options. The promotion begins on Monday August 30th and will continue until May 2011. Each location will have a pledge sheet where you can pledge to go meatless. Upon pledging you will also receive a button you may wear to show your support. Discover the health benefits of cutting meat for just one day a week!
